Our Classes

Our classes take place mornings and afternoons on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday at our Moritzplatz studio in Kreuzberg or at Görlitzer Park. Contact us to find the class that works best for you.

Our Groups

In our groups we have a great mix of ages, genders, and experience levels training together in a focused and supportive environment. Beginners are welcome, and will not stay beginners for long.

The Studio

Our studio is located directly at Moritzplatz, in the heart of Kreuzberg, and is easily accessible via the U8 or M29.

Training takes place in a well-equipped space designed for focused practice, with plenty of room to move. The studio also offers great views over Kreuzberg and access to a beautiful terrace, creating a pleasant and open training environment.

Sifu Shem Stoler

Shem Stoler, founder and head instructor, is a certified Kung Fu, health, and fitness instructor with more than two decades of teaching experience. His approach emphasizes consistent training, technical precision, and a deep understanding of movement, supporting students in building strength, focus, and confidence over time.
